Bloom Scope of Our Work
The City of Edina hired Bloom to space plan, design, estimate construction costs, produce Construction Documents, and oversee construction for a new Fire Station #1. Following a very personalized design approach, the Bloom team met with the fire department, EMT, and administrative staff at length to discuss individual department needs, adjacency, storage, drying, training, and accommodation requirements. By carefully identifying challenges, our team led a very successful planning and design effort that replaced an aging facility with a new, state-of-the-art, 21,000 square foot fire station.
