Scope and Limits of Construction Work

The Valley Power Plant Modifications included the design for the installation of United Conveyor Corporation ash silos and unloading equipment; design and installation of foundations, miscellaneous structures and mechanical/electrical/control systems to complete the process system; and start up, test, and commission the new equipment and systems.  Bloom designed elevated walkways at various levels of the ash silo supporting structure. Bloom also provide designed for new structural steel stair and truck loading platforms for the silo structure; an elevated walkway connecting the twin silos and silo structure to the existing bag house building; and designed enclosures for existing equipment with cold-formed light gage steel.
