Scope and Limits of Construction Work

Resurfacing with HMA of interstate, widening of SB Mequon Rd (STH 167) off ramp, bridge joint rehabilitation for 13 bridges, beam guard, barrier wall, inlet rehabilitation, marking, signing and shouldering. The interstate handles over 98,000 vehicles each day, requiring a lot of the work to be performed at night.  Heavy coordination with the contractor and WisDOT was required for scheduling and public notification.

Bloom completed construction contract administration, inspection, material evaluation and acceptance, project item recording and contractor payments, contract change orders, and as-built preparation.
