Scope and Limits of Construction Work

Bloom was involved in the oversight of the reconstruction and widening of CTH N including the CTH TT intersection and I-94.  The scope of services included project coordination, utility coordination, inspection of materials and construction methods, and material testing.  This project included realigning and widening (median divided) of CTH N: construction of (3) roundabouts – at CTH TT and the I-94 EB/WB ramps; construction of (6) sign structures; FTMS upgrades; street lighting; grading, culvert pipes, and ditching for drainage; signing; and restoration. 

Bloom completed construction contract administration, inspection, material evaluation and acceptance, project item recording and contractor payments, contract change orders, and as-built preparation.
