Scope and Limits of Construction Work

Project scope consisted of repairing the Howell Avenue Bridge and the 35th Street Bridge. Repairs included partial demolition, partial girder replacement, painting, partial deck replacement and heat straightening due to train impact. Bloom prepared construction contract administration, inspection, material evaluation and acceptance, project item recording and contractor payments, contract change orders, and as-built preparation.
