Bloom’s architecture team conducted investigations, research, pre-design, and design services following the DFD Consultant Policy & Procedure Manual for this envelope replacement project. The focus is on completing exterior envelope maintenance and repairs for Chapman Hall and Cunningham Hall, ensuring proper function and extended life. The evaluation identified deficiencies, proposed design alternatives, and recommended corrective measures.
