Scope and Limits of Construction Work

Charles Hall Construction is a construction company specializing in care and wellness facilities for senior living. Their 10,000 square foot offices integrate collaborative communal work spaces with private workstations, offices and conference rooms promoting cooperation within the office. There are several small conference rooms scattered about with a large conference room opening to a break/living room promoting a residential like setting. The project was an interior build-out in an existing 4 story, 100,000 square foot office building. Light and mechanical systems were upgraded to be energy efficient and finish materials specified in keeping with sustainability standards.
