Bloom Scope of Our Work

The Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) works with educators, legislators, and business/government partners to provide cost-effective and high-quality services to member schools, cities, counties, and other governmental agencies located within the Southwest Minnesota Region. The Agency Administration Building provides the location for member services, allowing small, rural communities and schools to maximize resources. The new 17,600 square-foot design provides the location for member technology, risk management, administrative and teaching & learning services. The design includes a subdividable 120-seat auditorium for member professional development coursework, workshops, and other events. The interior lobby provides a daylit space for registration, breakout sessions, and social gatherings. The lobby cabanas provide workplace settings for hybrid workers, event breakout sessions or informal small group meetings.
