Scope and Limits of Construction Work

Bloom provided structural engineering services for the design of the New South Harbor Campus which is comprised of new three to four story 170,000 square foot production facility, 20,000 square foot museum/training center, 550 stall parking structure and related site work on a 57-acre site along East Greenfield Avenue in Milwaukee, WI.

Bloom was responsible for the completion of the design of the Parking Structure based on the schematic design drawings and City Development Submittal. This includes the deep foundation system, exterior wall, and vertical circulation elements. Structural Engineering services includes the review of all pertinent codes and ordinances affecting the Parking Structure. Scope of work included documents review submittals, bid and permit documents, coordination meetings, design development and construction documents, bidding services, and construction administration.
