Scope and Limits of Construction Work
Our team designed the renovation of 80,000 square feet of classroom, instructional support, and administrative spaces, creating modern, flexible environments for learning and collaboration. The project also includes an 80,000-square-foot athletic expansion featuring a new practice gym with an indoor walking track, concessions area, wrestling room, fitness center, and locker rooms. The locker room facilities are specifically designed to meet ICC 500 standards for storm shelter design and construction, providing both everyday functionality and enhanced occupant safety.
