Bloom Scope of Our Work
The project aimed to design a 24,000-square-foot library and student services space at Anoka Ramsey Community College, serving as a hub for learning, collaboration, and community engagement. Bloom was the prime consultant responsible for architecture and interior design.
The design focused on creating an enhanced learning environment with modern architectural elements, flexible spaces for evolving educational needs, and universal accessibility. Sustainability was emphasized, along with spaces for social interaction and cultural events. Current library science trends were integrated, including advanced technology, flexible learning areas, and user-centered design to enhance the overall experience. Innovative services like digital media labs and virtual reality stations were incorporated to meet the needs of students and faculty.
