Bloom is currently seeking a professional land surveyor with expert knowledge in general surveying principles. This position will present an opportunity for future promotion to a Survey Group Manager position; if that is a route you are interested in pursuing. You are highly encouraged to apply to this position whether or not management is your preferred route. Our family of engineers, surveyors, and field technicians is growing; and we would love the chance to see if you fit in with the culture we have built. We have developed a mentor-mentee culture that allows us to all share our experiences with one another; and in return we can all grow personally and professionally. Where you have shortcomings, others in the company may have strengths. Keep that in mind as you read through our (non-required) additional qualifications below. We see value in anything you can bring to the table; even if it’s something other than what we have listed here.

Bloom is an equal opportunity affirmative action employer.
