Bloom Expands with New Office In Iowa City

Bloom is proud to announce the opening of our new office in Iowa City, Iowa, further expanding our presence in the Midwest and strengthening our ability to serve clients throughout the state.
The Iowa City office will be led by Michael Noonan, RA, AIA, who brings more than a decade of experience in architectural design, management, and capital project delivery. Throughout his career, Michael has successfully managed projects ranging from under $100,000 to more than $250 million, with expertise in higher education, healthcare, commercial, and public-sector facilities. Most recently, Michael served as Senior Design Project Manager Team Lead for the University of Iowa Facilities Management, where he led complex capital improvement programs, supervised and mentored a team of design project managers, guided strategic process improvements, and provided leadership throughout all phases of project delivery. He has extensive experience managing design-bid-build and construction manager at risk (CMAR) projects, negotiating professional design services, collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Our new Iowa office expands Bloom’s regional presence and will provide architecture, engineering, planning, and construction management services to clients throughout Iowa and the surrounding region. Bloom looks forward to building new partnerships, supporting communities across Iowa, and delivering the innovative, client-focused solutions that have defined our work for more than 25 years.
