Bloom provided architecture and engineering services for a 23-acre master plan for the Pace Suburban Bus South Campus consolidation project. The plan includes utilities, access roads, a bus training course, exterior bus storage, a 55,000-square-foot bus acceptance facility, a 30,000-square-foot office building, and site parking.
Bloom led programming and stakeholder engagement with multiple user groups to develop the campus plan. The acceptance facility includes 11 vehicle bays serving up to 44 buses, a 3-bay maintenance garage, technician workshop, secure storage, and staff support spaces. The office building accommodates customer relations, paratransit operations, IT infrastructure, and support areas, with flexibility for future interior build-out and expansion.
