Scope and Limits of Construction Work

Our team delivered comprehensive project programming, design, and construction-phase services for this 21,000-square-foot multi-use facility featuring a practice and competition gymnasium, choir rehearsal room, and commons area. The gymnasium is designed to accommodate up to 1,700 occupants using a combination of folding bleachers and seating. The building is constructed with insulated precast concrete wall panels and long-span steel joists, topped with an 8-inch concrete slab. In addition to serving daily activities, the facility is designed to function as a storm shelter, providing natural ventilation during storm events and meeting ICC 500 standards for storm shelter design and construction.
