Bloom Scope of Our Work

The City of Minneapolis hired trusted design partner Bloom to develop a predesign for the replacement of the Precinct #1 facility in Downtown Minneapolis. Bloom met with police department leadership, officers, and staff at length to discuss staff needs, individual department needs, adjacency, storage, training, and vehicular access in the dense downtown city grid. The vision for the facility is to prevent and fight crime, improve the culture of safety at work and within the community to preserve the sanctity of all human life, and keep pace with urbanization.
