Bloom performed design engineering services for construction of a new controlled access freeway segment of STH 16 in Waukesha and Jefferson counties, including three grading contracts to construct an 8-mile long divided roadway along new alignment in a rural area. Project included extensive marsh excavation, construction of five detention basins and numerous culverts and cross drams. Services included preliminary and final design, hydrology and hydraulic designs, structure survey reports, and preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates for three construction contracts.
