The Water Reclamation Facilities Building Roofs Replacement Project – Phase 2 replaced nine building roofs that were determined to be at, or very near, the end of their useful life, and repaired / reconditioned an additional 24 roofs to extend their service life an additional 8 – 10 years. The design approach examined the existing roof types and made recommendations for type changes based on optimum and effective life cycle costs.
Bloom performed evaluation, design and construction services to replace and upgrade the roofs of the buildings at two wastewater reclamation facilities at Jones Island and South Shore.
