Position Description

  • Preparation of design plans, specifications, and quantities under the supervision of the Project Manager
  • Experience in design of highways and local streets and must be familiar with Wisconsin Department of Transportation design standards 
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals and contracts 
  • Participate in quality control activities 
  • Interact and communicate effectively with design team members, clients and other agencies

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license preferred
  • 4 – 10 years of experience in highway design
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin Department of Transportation engineering practices, standards and documentation
  • Good decision making skills, flexibility, focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on project design tasks.

Position Description

Highly motivated, qualified and client service-oriented Civil Engineer/Designer specializing in Site Development

  • Collaborate on civil design efforts for various projects
  • Participate in quality control activities
  • Interact and communicate effectively with design team members, clients and other agencies
  • Planning, design, and construction management for sanitary sewer, stormwater, water distribution, water resources, pump station and transportation projects

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Survey Technician – Milwaukee, WI

Position Description

Highly motivated, qualified and client service-oriented surveyor specializing in roadway/highway/bridge transportation surveying

  • Experience in the following areas: Transportation Projects, Topographic and Construction Surveying, Boundary and Control Surveying, ALTA/ACSM Surveys, etc.
  • Working on one and two-person survey crews utilizing GPS, robotic total stations, Unmanned Aeriel Systems, and terrestrial based scanners
  • Processing field data, drafting and assisting with the preparation of documents

Position Requirements

  • Preferred Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Survey
  • Land Surveyor in Training a plus
  • Knowledge of Trimble GPS Systems a Plus

  • Ensure quality control activities are performed for all assigned work and back check work of others

  • Design of culverts, bridges, and retaining walls

Seeking a highly motivated, qualified and client service-oriented Bridge Design Manager specializing in Bridge Engineering to lead a Bridge Design Department.

  • Organize and manage structural design team efforts
  • Coordinate design teams to ensure a successful project
  • Ensure quality control activities are performed for all assigned work and back check work of others
